Steve studied business at the University of Alabama and has a keen eye for architectural design and quality construction.

Stephen Connor serves as Chief Financial Officer of Stephen Elliott Homes, where he oversees the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, banking relationships, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance. He has worked in residential real estate, construction, finance, and management since 2009. His experience spans land acquisition, development, construction financing, cost management, lender relations, and strategic growth. Stephen works closely with executive leadership and operational teams to strengthen financial controls, improve efficiency, and support the company’s continued expansion throughout Georgia.
Collin Steinberger, Vice President of Construction
A Georgia native and University of Georgia graduate, Collin Steinberger brings more than 20 years of experience in residential construction, homebuilding, and land development. His background spans both production and custom homebuilding, with extensive experience managing projects from land development through construction and completion.
As Vice President of Construction, Collin oversees construction operations, quality, scheduling, and field execution across Stephen Elliott Homes’ communities. A longtime Georgia resident, Collin lives in Forsyth County with his wife and two daughters.
Deena is an accounting and operations leader with over 35 years expertise in residential construction, high‑rise project administration, payroll, and office management. She supports executive leadership at Stephen Elliott Homes, LLC by overseeing company and vendor financials, job costing, lien releases, and multi‑entity reporting. Deena works closely with attorneys to review, finalize, and approve MSS and HUD documents, ensuring every closing is financially correct. Her command of QuickBooks Enterprise, Excel, and financial reconciliation enables her to maintain rigorous controls and drive operational efficiency across all projects. She is recognized for her disciplined execution, reliability, and ability to elevate financial and operational performance within construction environments.
Brendon Connor serves as Senior Home Builder at Stephen Elliott Homes, bringing more than 10 years of experience in residential construction and homebuilding operations. He specializes in construction best practices, field execution, quality control, and developing strong subcontractor and trade-partner relationships. Brendon’s hands-on approach helps ensure projects remain on schedule, construction standards are consistently maintained, and challenges are addressed efficiently.
